If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the Boiler Alerts in its original package and components backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee 60 days after delivery.

Returned items must be delivered to us in their original package.

Go to BoilerAlerts.com and fill out the reason of your return in the contact page and we will E-mail you a prepaid shipping label.

All goods will be inspected on return,In the event there is indication of damage by miss use or improper installation of the Boiler Alerts Module and or components you will not be eligible for refund.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s)
